RETURN POLICY

Cancelled Orders
Unboxed Foods is not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the products delivered were incorrect or are damaged. Please note Unboxed Foods Pty. Ltd reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds without the required arrangements.


Changed Orders

Should you find yourself in the position to change a confirmed order, we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. Contact us within 24 hours after placing an order at 0845096600 and we will gladly assist.


Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that meals arrived and are incorrectly supplied, please contact us at 0845096600 within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue. Unboxed Foods requires photographic evidence together with the order number before authorising a return and replacement of the incorrect meal/s. If Unboxed Foods is unable to provide a replacement of the incorrect meal/s, we will issue a refund to the value of the purchase price.


Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that meal/s arrived and is damaged; please contact us on 0845096600 within 48 hours of receipt. Unboxed Foods requires photographic evidence together with the order number before authorising a return or refund of the meal/s. We will replace damaged or faulty meals in accordance with these Terms and Conditions: (a) We will replace the damaged meal/s with a new replacement; or (b) if Unboxed Foods is unable to provide a new replacement meal/s, we will issue a refund to the value of the purchase price.
