Chef Francois specifically curates each menu to ensure delicious nutritious and meals that help you meat your calorie and macronutrient goals using high quality, fresh and local produce made fresh weekly. Unboxed Foods prides itself in providing consistent quality and nutritious meals for clients.
Once the order has been placed and the delivery address (within the Northern Suburbs) has been entered. A delivery day (Monday-Thursday) can be chosen for when you would like to receive your order. Delivery times will take place between 12:30-15:30. Our driver will be in communication with you when your order is out for delivery via Whatsapp.
You will be notified when your order has been completed and available for pick up. You can pick up your order from 17 Joostenberg Drive, Bonnie Brae, Kraaifontein , Sunday-Thursday between 13:00-15:30.
Collection is available to be organized with Uber for delivery for orders outside of the Northern Suburbs or for orders that are not available pickup.
Please note, your order will only be kept for 3 days due to safety and food spoilage. Failure to pickup will result in a cancellation of the order. Please note please that failure to pickup a confimed order will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
Collection is available to be organized with Uber for delivery for orders outside of the Northern Suburbs at your own cost. Should you wish to do collection and delivery with Uber, please communicate with our dedicated person to ensure your order is collected from Uber.
The delivery fee is calculated according to the distance (km) travelled from our kithcen within the Northern Suburbs, Western Cape.
Deliveries outside of the Northern Suburbs is only available with collection with Uber from our kitchen at your own cost.
Northern Suburbs areas covered: Bellville, Brackenfell, Bothasig, Brooklyn, Durbanville, Edgemead, Goodwood, Kensington, Kraaifontein, Kuils River, Loevenstein, Monte Vista, Panorama, Parow,Pinehurst,Plattekloof,Vredekloof.
Our Driver will be in contact with you via Whatsapp. Please ensure someone is available to collect during this delivery window. If for any reason we can’t deliver due to you not answering the phone or no one available to receive the meals, a collection will have to be scheduled, however, please note that your delivery fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
Freezing your meals is at your discretion, we recommend consuming our meals fresh to ensure the best experience. Please see below each product the suggested methods for storing, freezing and heating your meals.
After delivery you can store your order in the fridge for up to 3 days for safe and delicious for consumption!
Anything longer than that is not recommended.
No minimum order or selection of meals is required.
We do however require at least 5 meals to be ordered of the same meal for orders that require dietary adjustments, this is to reduce wastage and ensure we can give you the highest quality ingredients for your meals.
Trainers, Coaches and those following a strict meal plan that requires a customized meal plan can send through their meal plan and we will work out a price accordingly.
